Here’s something that everybody wants to do for fun … painting a skateboard. This blog post will teach you how to make a custom board

Materials needed: Skateboard, Tools (Socket Wrench, Screwdriver), Newspaper, Spray Paint, Elmer’s Painters Markers

1. First, you will need to take the trucks off of the skateboard. (Trucks are the metal pieces that hold the wheels on the board).
2. Next, you will need to get your spray paint and newspaper (place this newspaper under your board, so that you do not make a mess).
3. Spray the bottom area of the skateboard (not the tape / top area you stand on). Don’t put too many layers –   2 or 3 coats of paint is perfect. I prefer to use just one solid color, but you can do what you like.
4. Let the skateboard dry, then take your Elmer’s Painters Markers  (paint markers) and draw your own design. You can use traditional paint and brushes, but I like paint markers because I can use them to paint my board anywhere in the house and real paint will rub off.).
5. Put your skateboard back together and you’re done.

* Note: You can also use polyurethane spray to seal your paint job, but this is not suggested if you plan to paint your skateboard again.

Today, I’m going to talk about the 2nd best thing in the world … skateboarding. Skateboarding is the best thing to do when you’re bored. I love it!!! I want do it forever. It’s one of my favorite activities, but I have a tip for you: NEVER use a Walmart skate board … it’s a deathtrap for sure … pro boards are the best. You can always buy a skateboard deck and build your own. Plan B, Baker, Almost, Mystery, Chocolate, Flip, Alien Workshop and Element Skateboards are beautiful. Skateboarding rocks … I’ll write more later!

Have u ever seen The Crow movie?

Have u ever seen the movie “The Crow”? If u have not heard of it, then stop reading this and go buy it or watch it on youtube. This is the best movie ever!!! Its about a man and a women who were getting married on Halloween, but were brutaly murdered .  The man that died was brought back to life by a crow and to seek revenge. They made 4 Crow movies, so other people must like it, too … be sure to watch it! I forgot to tell u two more important things about The Crow movie: 1) the main character was Bruce Lee’s son, Brandon Lee and 2) Brandon Lee died making this movie. A bullet got stuck in the gun. Bet you are wondering how this could happen, right? They should use blanks …

Although the first movie is my favorite, the 2nd Crow movie is a good one, too! It takes place way after the first movie, but they are a lot alike in a good way. Here’s the first part of the movie … Make sure to check it out! It’s a 10/10 movie in my book …

Leadbelly is a famous blues musician who does not just play guitar but also plays lots of different instruments (accordion, harmonica, trumpet, piano, violin, concertina). The Best Christmas Gift Ever!

After Christmas I got an extra gift. It was a baby brother named Maxwell.  At first, it was scary, but then it was cool. I was scared because I did not know if the baby was alright. Then … I  got to hold him. I held babies before, but they were family. Its different when its your little brother or sister. I love being an older brother, but my dog thinks it’s a squirrel. LOL … Baby Max its our squirrel hahaha!

We’ve been in Florida for a month. I like it here, but Christmas was not the same without our family and friends. I miss my friend Tyler. Roxy, Coby and my mom did fireworks for me on New Years Eve. We played games until it was time for the ball to drop. We had a New Year toast (I had my favorite sparkling grape juice). My mom started talking about her goals for the year and it gave me the idea to start 2010 with a MJ video … I teased my mom because now I am the first Charlton to have my own video and it is on  YouTube – she shouldn’t have waited so long … LOL
